Kerzner International is hiring a Staff Complex Attendant for the Human Resource team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. This position supports the wider success of the resort by keeping staff accommodation clean, safe, comfortable, and well organized for colleagues living on site.

The role goes beyond routine cleaning. It involves maintaining shared spaces and rooms, assisting with accommodation-related requests, and helping ensure smooth daily operations while reflecting the company’s service values.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning across shared staff areas, including corridors, stairways, lounges, kitchens, washrooms, and recreation rooms.
• Prepare unoccupied rooms so they are ready for new staff residents.
• Handle waste disposal, recycling, and sanitation tasks according to proper procedures.
• Keep all communal facilities hygienic and well maintained.
• Promptly report issues such as plumbing faults, electrical problems, or damaged furniture to the supervisor.
• Check that equipment and furnishings remain in usable condition.
• Provide support with minor repairs when needed.
• Assist with check-in and check-out tasks such as room assignment, key handover, and room inspections.
• Share basic information with residents about accommodation rules and available amenities.
• Respond to staff questions, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner and escalate matters when required.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Help maintain security by ensuring doors, gates, and facilities are properly secured.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist with evacuations if necessary.
• Track cleaning supplies, linens, and other materials to support inventory control.
• Take part in scheduled deep-cleaning work and pest-control activities.
• Support facility events and inspections whenever needed.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a five-star hotel, resort, or staff accommodation setting.
• Good understanding of housekeeping practices and hygiene standards.
• Strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean, welcoming, and orderly environment for staff residents.
• Proactive, dependable, and committed to high service standards.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
