Responsibilities

• Own and support the full production lifecycle, from deployment automation to stability and incident recovery.
• Build, improve, and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using both classic and YAML-based approaches.
• Design and maintain infrastructure as code using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Work with Azure services such as AKS, App Service, Cosmos DB, Front Door, and Azure SQL Database.
• Administer containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Create and manage Kubernetes manifests and Helm charts.
• Architect secure, scalable, and highly available multi-region solutions on Azure.
• Deploy and operate applications on AKS with a strong focus on resilience and availability.
• Monitor, log, and troubleshoot modern .NET applications effectively.
• Support CI/CD and hosting requirements for .NET/C# and Angular-based applications.
• Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash.
• Apply DevSecOps practices to strengthen delivery and runtime security.
• Use FinOps practices to support cost control, optimization, and governance.
• Handle incidents end to end, including diagnostics, resolution, and post-incident review.
• Develop and keep updated runbooks, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.
• Implement Azure and Azure DevOps security best practices such as segmentation, secret handling, and access management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or SRE roles.
• Minimum 4 years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure.
• At least 3 years of hands-on work with Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Solid expertise in infrastructure as code tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Hands-on exposure to AKS, App Service, Cosmos DB, Front Door, and Azure SQL Database.
• Strong Docker and Kubernetes skills in live production environments.
• Good command of Kubernetes manifests and Helm.
• Experience designing secure, highly available, multi-region Azure architectures.
• Ability to operate scalable applications on AKS.
• Strong monitoring, logging, and observability background for .NET systems.
• Working understanding of .NET/C# and Angular in CI/CD and hosting scenarios.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and FinOps practices.
• Proven incident response and problem-solving experience, including post-incident analysis.
• Capability to create incident runbooks, disaster recovery plans, and continuity processes.
• Knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps security controls, including network segmentation, secrets, and access control.
• Upper-intermediate English with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred skills and exposure

Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Entra ID, App Registrations, Azure Service Fabric, Dapr, container and dependency scanning tools, firewalls, proxies, SSL/TLS certificates, OOP principles, and GitOps would be an added advantage.
