Role Summary

The Shop Sales Manager will oversee daily store activity, support sales growth, guide the retail team, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for customers and their pets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the shop.
• Work toward sales goals while improving customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and encourage sales staff.
• Track inventory, maintain healthy stock levels, and coordinate stock control.
• Respond to customer questions and complaints in a professional manner.
• Keep product displays appealing and maintain store cleanliness.
• Compile sales reports and review shop performance regularly.
• Help build a warm, pet-friendly shopping atmosphere.

Requirements

• Prior background in retail sales management is required.
• Strong abilities in leadership and communication.
• Familiarity with pet food and pet care products is beneficial.
• Capability to manage inventory and prepare sales reports.
• A customer-centered, target-driven mindset.
• Computer skills and experience using POS systems.
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
