Role overview
DHL Albania is looking to hire a Service Point Agent in Elbasan. This position is focused on delivering DHL services to walk-in customers at the counter in line with the company’s standards and values throughout every interaction.
What you will do
The role covers accepting, handing over, and processing shipments at the service counter and in the warehouse, while maintaining accuracy and meeting required deadlines. You will also stay in regular contact with customers, provide clear information, answer queries, and guide them toward the most suitable shipping solutions and DHL digital services.
Additional duties include recording data accurately, preparing the relevant documents, and following safety rules as well as customs procedures to ensure every shipment is handled in a reliable and secure manner.
