Role overview
This position combines specialist customs and trade compliance consulting with growth-focused client engagement. The successful candidate will advise on outsourced customs operations end to end, with attention to tariff classification, customs valuation, and advanced processes such as IPR, OPR, customs warehousing, and CBAM.
Business development and client work
You will actively pursue new business through outreach, lead generation, and professional networking. The role also involves discovery conversations with clients, delivering customised training and solutions, and helping address complex supply-chain issues.
In addition, you will contribute to RFQs and tender activity and support marketing efforts that strengthen the company’s position in the market.

Essential requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in customs or trade compliance, including client success exposure.
- A degree in business, trade, or a closely related field.
- Based in Ireland and holding a full, clean driving licence, as client travel is required.
- Comfortable using AI tools and experienced with ERP and customs software.
