Role overview
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for driving successful outcomes by coordinating complex, cross-functional programs from start to finish across Core42’s delivery ecosystem. This role keeps delivery on track by removing blockers, aligning stakeholders and ensuring business outcomes stay central throughout the program lifecycle. Working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery partners, the person in this position helps steer distributed teams and supports the execution of high-complexity initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of complex programs delivered through both onsite and offshore models, with close monitoring of milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
- Provide structure, clear follow-up and coordination to cross-functional delivery teams so work progresses efficiently.
- Connect technology teams and partner ecosystems across global and virtual environments to support smooth program delivery.
- Help internal and external stakeholders navigate delivery challenges while keeping attention on the agreed business results.
- Develop strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, set expectations clearly and escalate key risks or decisions when needed.
- Prepare concise program updates, governance material and decision-support documents for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in program management with a demonstrated history of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Proven success in supporting or leading complex programs from initiation through completion.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management abilities, including the ability to influence across functions.
- Experience in bringing together stakeholders from multiple business units and maintaining focus on project priorities to achieve consistent customer value.
- Strong capability in negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Good understanding of business finance practices and program financials, including support for governance and reporting.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or master's degree is preferred.
- Professional certification in project or program management, such as PMP, PgMP or an equivalent credential, is an advantage.
