Sales Manager

About the Role

An established food and beverage trading business in Qatar is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to run core operations and accelerate commercial expansion. The organization works with imported premium coffee beans, teas, and coffee equipment, serving hotels, restaurants, specialty coffee outlets, and retail buyers. Backed by strong supplier ties, exclusive distribution rights, and an existing market footprint, the company is positioned for further growth.

What You’ll Do

• Direct daily operations across the business’s B2B, B2C, and showroom channels.
• Shape and execute sales and marketing plans aimed at increasing revenue, market share, and overall profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers while ensuring consistently high service standards.
• Source new suppliers, uncover fresh business opportunities, and explore additional market segments.
• Lead, coach, and support a multi-functional team to build a strong performance-driven environment.
• Act as a company representative at trade fairs, industry events, and conferences.

What the Company Is Looking For

• At least 5–7 years of experience in managerial or commercial leadership roles, preferably within food and beverage or HoReCa.
• Demonstrated capability in managing teams, budgets, and overall business operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident leadership approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Independent, commercially minded decision-maker with an entrepreneurial outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must hold a valid GCC driving licence.
• A strong interest in coffee, hospitality, and business growth.
