About the Role

Rippling is seeking motivated, high-performing SDRs/BDRs who can handle fast-moving top-of-funnel qualification while working through a highly strategic sales motion.

In this position, you will prospect and qualify new customers as well as channel partners for Rippling. The team is looking for people with strong drive, a sense of urgency, and a genuine interest in sales. You will also help shape workflows and build pipeline support for Account Executives from day one. Rippling emphasizes internal promotion and clear career growth paths within sales.

This opening is for an Outbound SDR, also referred to as a Business Development Representative. The role is based in the Dublin office and requires working onsite three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
