Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

Role overview

As a Sales Assistant with Pandora, you will help create memorable customer moments by guiding shoppers toward hand-finished jewellery that reflects their stories. The position is focused on driving sales, delivering strong service, and representing the brand with enthusiasm and care.

This part-time permanent role is based in Dundrum, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland. The schedule includes Mondays through Sundays, and the role is set at 8 hours per week.

The hourly pay is €15.86.

What you will be doing

• Work toward sales goals by delivering a polished customer experience and meeting key performance targets.
• Develop lasting customer relationships by offering personalised service and encouraging loyalty.
• Represent the brand by sharing product knowledge and helping customers choose jewellery that suits their style and occasion.
• Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction to improve sales results.
• Support day-to-day store activity by handling stock deliveries, keeping the sales floor in excellent condition, and processing till transactions accurately.

Additional information
