Role Overview
This position is for a Sales Assistant who brings a customer-first mindset and enjoys creating a lively, genuine shopping experience. The role suits someone who is comfortable in a fast-moving, sales-focused environment and who values teamwork, internal growth, and a fun workplace culture.
Key Duties
- Deliver friendly, high-quality service and build positive connections with customers.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate EFTPOS confidently.
- Develop strong knowledge of products across all areas of the business and keep that knowledge current.
- Support store presentation, merchandising, and overall visual standards.
- Work toward store budgets, sales targets, and KPI expectations.
- Assist with stock management and product quality control.
- Adhere to national laws, workplace health and safety requirements, and security procedures.
