Role overview
This position sits within the Regional Retail Operations function and focuses on strengthening the operational performance of boutiques across the MEIAT region. The role works closely with regional and local teams to roll out initiatives, improve day-to-day processes, and ensure boutique operations remain aligned with the Maison’s standards.

Key responsibilities
- Lead regional retail operations projects and help introduce new tools, processes, and operational improvements.
- Work with local markets to spot opportunities that raise efficiency and overall operational quality.
- Support boutique launches, renovation projects, and regional events by making sure operations are ready on time.
- Collaborate with Retail, Client Experience, Visual Merchandising, and other teams to deliver business goals.
- Track project milestones, review feedback from the field, and propose practical process enhancements.
- Help ensure Maison procedures, operational standards, and commercial policies are adopted consistently across the region.
- Serve as a central contact for operational compliance and boutique procedure matters.
- Handle operational budgets, supplier coordination, and procurement tasks linked to boutique operations.
- Coordinate operational audits and follow up on corrective actions with local markets.
- Support regional pricing changes and other operational tasks as needed.
