Role overview
The Brick is looking to grow its service team with a customer-first Retail Customer Service Representative. This position reports to the Operations Manager and is suited to someone who enjoys resolving issues, supporting shoppers, and contributing to a positive store experience in a retail setting.
The ideal candidate brings a service mindset, strong team spirit, and interest in building a long-term career in a fast-paced store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and provide practical solutions in a polite, professional way.
- Check in with customers after contact to better understand their needs and offer additional support.
- Help strengthen customer loyalty through consistently strong service.
- Monitor order reports each day and take follow-up action where needed.
- Carry out other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Comfort working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks at once.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, when needed.
