This position is for a restaurant manager based in Abbotsford, British Columbia. The role involves overseeing everyday restaurant activity, coordinating staff, managing service standards, and making sure the operation runs efficiently and in line with health and safety expectations.

Key duties
- Review and assess the restaurant’s day-to-day operations.
- Adjust food preparation processes and menu pricing to stay within budget.
- Track income to help manage labour costs.
- Plan and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Hire and onboard team members.
- Create and maintain staff schedules.
- Decide which services will be provided and put operational procedures into practice.
- Oversee inventory control and keep supplies organized.
- Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are consistently met.
- Work out supply terms with vendors for food and other items.
- Discuss catering arrangements or facility use terms with clients.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns professionally.
Supervision
This role includes supervision of 3 to 4 staff members.
