Role Overview
U-Haul is seeking a team-oriented professional who delivers excellent customer care, stays focused on outcomes, and enjoys working in a busy environment where priorities can change from day to day. In this position, you will support customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships by handling reservation placement and coordinating equipment distribution.
Reporting to the Traffic Control Manager, this role plays an important part in balancing inventory across the region and helping ensure equipment is available where it is needed.

Core Duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
- Support field staff and U-Haul dealerships with reservation handling, equipment placement, and inventory coordination.
- Route incoming equipment to locations based on customer demand and productivity needs so regional supply stays balanced and future demand can be met.
- Examine reports used to improve equipment placement, reservation handling, and contract accuracy.
- Provide assistance with U-Box portable storage services.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- Familiarity with office tools such as multiline phone systems, proper phone etiquette, Microsoft Word, and email.
- Strong customer service ability along with good time management and multitasking skills.
