About the Role
We are hiring a Remote IT Technician to support day-to-day technology needs for internal teams and clients. This role focuses on diagnosing issues, delivering remote assistance, and keeping systems running smoothly in a fully remote setup.
What You Will Do
- Investigate and fix problems related to hardware, software, and networking from a remote location.
- Offer technical help via chat, email, and video-based support.
- Set up, configure, and maintain software and system utilities.
- Help with system checks, performance reviews, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Walk users through troubleshooting steps and explain technical processes clearly.
- Record issue details, resolutions, and system changes accurately.
- Follow security procedures and route complex matters to the appropriate team when needed.
What We Are Looking For
