Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates by sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and other recruiting avenues.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist applicants based on specific job criteria.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring authorities efficiently.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers diligently.
- Handle multiple live recruitment projects spanning various industries.
- Develop skills in contemporary recruitment methods, sourcing tactics, and candidate relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with the supervising manager to close open hiring demands successfully.

Compensation and Benefits
This is an unpaid internship with a performance-based stipend scheme:
- 0 to 4 successful joinings: No stipend
- 5 to 8 joinings: INR 3000
- 9 to 12 joinings: INR 5000
- 13 to 15 joinings: INR 7500
- 16 or more joinings: INR 10,000 plus special awards for top performers.
Additional perks include a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation. Top-performing interns may be eligible for pre-placement offers. The internship is primarily work-from-home with live hiring projects and structured mentoring available.
