About the Role
As a Recruitment Advisor at CORDE, you will oversee the complete hiring journey across the organisation. You’ll work side by side with hiring managers to understand what each team needs and provide practical recruitment support that helps bring in, choose, and successfully onboard the right people.
This role calls for someone who can form trusted relationships, communicate with clarity, and keep recruitment activity progressing smoothly. You’ll also support employer branding, strengthen hiring processes, and help build talent pipelines that align with CORDE’s future workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through to onboarding
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend suitable hiring approaches
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate journey throughout the process
- Support employer branding and initiatives that attract talent
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and outside partners
- Use recruitment systems and data, including ELMO, to improve hiring outcomes
- Represent CORDE at networking sessions, career events, and community engagement activities
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment-related processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organisation
- Confidence managing recruitment across both field-based and office-based positions
- Background in construction, infrastructure, or a similar environment is helpful but not required
- Tertiary study in HR, Psychology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent level of experience
