About the Role

Honey Homes is hiring a driven, inquisitive, and resourceful Recruiter to help build its nationwide handyperson workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys discovering great talent, creating systems that scale, and using technology to make recruiting faster and more effective.

You will partner closely with the National Operations Lead and own a critical growth lever from the start: bringing the right people into the business quickly. AI tools, including Claude, will be part of your day-to-day workflow to improve screening, outreach, and overall recruiting efficiency.

What You'll Own

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process to bring on 10 or more handypeople each month across the country.
  • Create and sustain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive and inventive sourcing.
  • Introduce AI-enabled screening and outreach methods to expand the funnel and shorten hiring timelines.
  • Explore new sourcing channels and test different approaches to learn what works best for tradespeople.
  • Own the candidate journey so it stays quick, friendly, and professional from first outreach through day one.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Find candidates and review resumes across platforms such as Indeed, Craigslist, and other channels.
  • Keep candidates interested and informed throughout each stage of the hiring process.
  • Create and update job listings while maintaining a clean and accurate ATS record in Ashby.
  • Arrange interviews, gather feedback, and ensure hiring managers stay aligned.
  • Build AI workflows with Claude to automate repetitive sourcing and screening tasks.
  • Support offers and onboarding, making sure each hire is closed out properly.
