Roles and Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and source potential candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networking events.
• Perform initial evaluations of resumes and cover letters to pinpoint candidates who align with job specifications.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing needs and arrange interviews efficiently.
• Oversee and manage large-scale hiring initiatives, from the initial candidate search through to the onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with both hiring managers and candidates at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 5 years of comprehensive experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
• Demonstrate a robust understanding of current trends and established best practices within the non-IT recruitment sector.
• Exhibit exceptional communication abilities, essential for effective interaction with hiring managers and candidates.
• Showcase the capacity to operate autonomously, manage workload effectively, and meet stringent deadlines with minimal oversight.
