Role overview

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join a temporary assignment supporting a fast-moving beauty brand. The right person will be able to start right away, handle work independently, and keep a large number of open positions moving without needing close supervision.

Agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred, especially if you have supported beauty clients before. Recruiters with broader agency backgrounds who have managed multiple clients and high-volume hiring will also be considered. Familiarity with Greenhouse is highly desirable.

This is a fully remote freelance assignment, and availability during west coast business hours is preferred.

Pay rate: $45-48 per hour

Work location: Remote

Preferred hours: PST / west coast business hours

Assignment length: 3-4 months

Key responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruiting for a large number of open positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to keep searches progressing smoothly.
• Find, screen, and submit strong candidates quickly and efficiently.
• Stay highly organized while managing candidate movement across several requisitions.
• Use Greenhouse and other recruiting systems to monitor pipeline activity and hiring status.
• Integrate into the existing process quickly and operate with minimal guidance.

Preferred background

• Solid recruiting experience, ideally from an agency setting.
• Prior recruiting exposure within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple clients or large-scale hiring efforts.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
• Comfort working independently and adapting quickly in a short-term assignment.
• Availability to work aligned with west coast hours.
