The Role

The hotel is hiring reception team members to support guests and colleagues at Point A Parnell Street. The main purpose of the position is to make sure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Provide friendly, effective customer service while handling guest issues and finding practical solutions.
• Complete end-of-shift audit, cashing-up, and banking reconciliation tasks accurately.
• Assist other hotel departments and ensure handovers between shifts are clear and effective.
• Deliver warm, memorable service with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction.
• Bring a positive attitude, strong motivation, and a willingness to keep improving.
• Show kindness, honesty, and consideration for the local community.
• Understand the hospitality sector and the standards needed to perform at a high level.
• Think creatively and look for ways to improve business performance.
• Hold the legal right to work in the UK and be able to travel to the property locations.

Salary
