Purchase Specialist

Role overview

A partner company is looking for an experienced Purchase Specialist to oversee sourcing and buying activities. The role focuses on keeping materials and products available on time so the business can run smoothly without interruptions.

Location: Tirana, Albania. Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00. Salary: 80,000 ALL.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and follow purchase orders according to company demand.
• Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on business needs.
• Handle quotation collection and negotiate pricing, supply terms, and transport costs.
• Coordinate procurement activities and align with the warehouse for goods receipt and inspection.
• Check that purchased products and services meet the defined quality standards.
• Work with the sales team on order planning and the selection of new products.
• Prepare regular reports and keep track of product stock levels.
• Support other departments by sharing product-related information and assistance.

Qualifications and skills

The ideal candidate should have a higher education background and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Strong command of Italian and English is required, along with good knowledge of Microsoft Office. The role also calls for excellent organization, analytical thinking, and negotiation ability, plus strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliability, accuracy, and the ability to work to deadlines are essential.

Additional information

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tirana. The working days are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00. The monthly salary offered is 80,000 ALL.
