Property Care Planner

Role Overview

Abri Group is seeking an experienced Property Care Planner to join its Internal Delivery Administration Team in Yeovil. In this role, you will work closely with managers, supervisors, operatives, contractors, and customers each day to help deliver a smooth service and a strong customer experience throughout the planned delivery process.

What You Will Do

You will coordinate surveys, place material orders, keep the housing management system updated with accurate information, and organise operatives’ diaries so work is planned efficiently across the full geographical area. You will also serve as a key point of contact for customers.

Working Environment

This role sits within a busy, fast-moving environment where priorities can change frequently. Prior experience in planning is considered an advantage.
