Project Engineer (all genders) – Technical Project Management

Role overview

As a Project Engineer focused on technical project management, you will take ownership of coordination across industrial development projects. The role is based in Munich and is designed for someone who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex technical work.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate technical development projects in an industrial environment.
• Manage timelines, resources, and technical work packages.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and customer stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical decisions and help assess project risks.
• Track project progress as well as quality and budget targets.
• Facilitate alignment across interdisciplinary teams.
• Create transparency and structure in complex development initiatives.

What you should bring

• A successfully completed degree in a technical field.
• Practical experience in technical project management.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and confident communication style.
• Familiarity with both agile and traditional project management approaches.
• Strong technical understanding of complex systems.
• Secure communication skills in both German and English.
• A sense of ownership and enjoyment of collaborative work.

Compensation and working time

The stated salary range is EUR 70,000 to EUR 88,000 per year. The role includes a 40-hour work week.
