Role Overview
SureSkills is hiring a highly organised and self-directed Program Coordinator to help deliver Google Academy Programs. This is a 6-month contract role based onsite in Ireland.
Google Academy Programs are advanced technical learning experiences that blend instructor-led teaching with hands-on lab work. They connect instructors, subject matter experts, and learners across the globe in a collaborative setting designed to strengthen critical technical skills.
Reporting into an experienced Program Manager, you will contribute to planning, logistics, stakeholder communication, tracking, and delivery-readiness activities. The role suits someone who enjoys coordinating complex work, balancing competing priorities, and keeping programs moving efficiently.
Program Coordination and Delivery
- Coordinate Google Academy programs, workshops, and technical learning sessions from start to finish.
- Arrange venues, rooms, and other required resources, including training spaces and collaboration areas.
- Handle delivery logistics such as catering, audio-visual needs, attendee communication, and on-site setup.
- Keep schedules, delivery plans, milestones, and dependency trackers up to date.
- Make sure all operational tasks are completed before delivery begins.
- Assist with instructor-led sessions and lab-based learning experiences.
- Support readiness activities and help resolve operational issues so participants have a smooth experience.
- Partner closely with the Program Manager to support effective planning and execution.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist in coordinating with client stakeholders, instructors, subject matter experts, and internal program teams.
- Develop effective working relationships across distributed teams and functions.
- Help maintain clear communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
- Monitor program risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, escalating where needed.
Governance, Tracking, and Reporting
- Maintain program plans, trackers, and operational reporting workflows.
- Track milestones, readiness status, and overall delivery progress.
- Prepare accurate status updates for both internal teams and client contacts.
- Keep documentation and operational data organised and up to date.
- Follow through on actions, dependencies, and deliverables to support successful execution.
Process Improvement and Data Management
- Look for ways to simplify operational processes and improve program efficiency.
- Support reporting, dashboard, and business intelligence activities when required.
- Help develop scalable methods for program tracking and operational management.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements that strengthen visibility, efficiency, and delivery quality.
Experience and Skills
Experience in a Program Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, PMO Support, or similar position is preferred. Strong organisational ability, excellent communication, and careful attention to detail are essential. You should be comfortable managing several priorities at once, working with spreadsheets and trackers, and following tasks through to completion. Experience in learning, training, education, or professional services environments would be beneficial, though it is not mandatory.
Additional Information
This is a 6-month contract position. The role is onsite in Ireland. No other compensation, perks, notice period, or vacancy count was provided in the source information.
