Product & Sales Manager

About the Role

The employer is looking for an accomplished Product & Sales Manager to work in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on steering the product range in line with company standards so it stays competitive, compliant, and positioned for long-term growth. You will also handle a portfolio of smaller accounts, initiate new business relationships in the market, and shape marketing approaches that respond to market opportunities. A key part of the job is supporting expansion efforts while contributing to the organization’s broader vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate company objectives into annual plans and spot fresh opportunities for market growth.
• Lead B2B sales efforts, review competitor pricing, and support factory procurement activities.
• Equip the sales and product teams with the right tools and training, while strengthening relationships with partners.
• Oversee budgeting, keep an eye on business risks, and share performance updates with senior leadership.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Holding a Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification would be an advantage.
• Strong background in product management, including portfolio management, new product development and launch, and end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
• Excellent detail orientation, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Experience in market research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks and support product and marketing decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• A valid UAE driving license and access to a car are required.
