Role overview
This opportunity is being promoted on behalf of a partner organization that will handle applications and the rest of the hiring process. The hiring company is seeking a Product Manager, AI for a role based in Ireland.
The position is a strategic, high-impact product role focused on defining how AI and agent-based workflows are designed, coordinated, and delivered at scale within a modern orchestration platform. You will lead discovery for AI-enabled use cases, work closely with customers, product strategy, and engineering, and turn validated opportunities into scalable product capabilities ready for production.
You will partner with founders and senior engineers in a fast-moving, technically sophisticated environment. A key part of the job is applying strong product judgment to separate genuinely valuable AI use cases from ideas that are more experimental than useful. This role offers the chance to directly shape the future of AI-driven orchestration systems used by enterprise customers and open-source communities around the world.
Key accountabilities
- Set the vision and roadmap for AI products by identifying the highest-value opportunities across AI workflows, agents, and orchestration platforms.
- Interview customers and prospects to confirm which AI use cases solve real problems and deserve investment.
- Convert validated ideas into detailed product requirements, reusable approaches, and execution plans with engineering partners.
- Make disciplined prioritization choices, including clear decisions about what should not be built.
- Work in close alignment with founders, engineers, and customer-facing teams so product direction matches technical delivery.
- Keep track of new developments in AI to spot meaningful opportunities for innovation.
- Design AI capabilities with scalability, reliability, and integration into complex workflow environments in mind.
- Help define a consistent product strategy across AI-enabled orchestration features.
Requirements
- Background as a Product Manager on AI products, developer tools, or other technically complex software platforms.
- Proven success shipping AI-powered functionality or products that are actively used in production by real customers.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to distinguish useful opportunities from low-value or experimental ideas.
- Solid technical understanding of AI topics such as agents, LLMs, orchestration, and system integration; coding is not required.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on technical specifications and product requirements.
- Strong customer discovery capability, including running interviews and turning findings into product choices.
- Clear, direct, and well-structured communication with minimal ambiguity.
- Comfort working in early-stage or high-growth environments where priorities move quickly.
- Ownership mindset and confidence in making tough prioritization calls, including rejecting non-viable ideas.
Benefits
- Fully remote setup with access to coworking spaces across the world.
- Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision support.
- Home office equipment is provided to help you create a productive workspace.
- The chance to work closely with founders and influence a fast-growing AI product.
- A high-autonomy role with direct impact on roadmap and product direction.
- Exposure to advanced AI, orchestration systems, and agent-based workflows.
- A collaborative, engineering-led culture with deep technical expertise.
- A flexible work environment built for focus and independence.
