Role overview

We are hiring a Procurement Buyer to support a rapidly expanding global business. This position owns the purchasing process for indirect spend and is focused on delivering efficient, accurate, compliant procurement operations. The role requires close collaboration with teams such as Legal, InfoSec, Tax, and Accounts Payable, and it plays an important part in helping the organization scale vendor and procurement processes effectively.

This is an onsite role for candidates located in or near Raleigh, North Carolina, or Miami, Florida (Brickell).

What you'll do

• Handle transactional and mid-level purchasing for technology-related needs, including SaaS, AI tools, and marketing items such as events, activities, and sponsorships.
• Process a high volume of procurement requests while keeping work accurate and aligned with internal policy.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Security, and Tax teams to speed up approvals and remove delays.
• Act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the buying process.
• Support vendor negotiations, monitor supplier performance, confirm timely delivery, and assist with renewals.
• Look for ways to streamline procurement workflows, improve efficiency, and increase cost visibility.

What we're looking for

• Up to 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar operations-focused role.
• Strong analytical ability, including the capacity to assess total cost of ownership.
• Background working with SaaS, AI, and marketing-related categories.
• Comfort managing several priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred background

• A proactive, quick-thinking person with a strong bias toward execution.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology or cybersecurity company.
• Working knowledge of contract lifecycle steps and vendor negotiation processes.
