Role Overview

This position is for an early-years teacher based in Siliguri, India. The role focuses on supporting the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of children in the 3 to 5 age group through structured, child-friendly learning experiences.

What the Role Involves

The teacher will design engaging lessons centered on play-based learning, keep the classroom safe and well-organized, and guide children’s behavior in a positive and age-appropriate manner.

• Plan and deliver interactive activities that support early childhood development.
• Create a classroom environment that is safe, orderly, and conducive to learning.
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Use play-based methods to make learning engaging for young children.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline, along with a valid teaching certification or license for early childhood education. Prior experience with young children is also expected.

Eligibility

Applicants with Junior Basic Training in Nursery Teacher Training are eligible to apply.

Compensation

The salary offered is INR 125000 to INR 250000 per year.
