Role overview
You will work as a People Ops / Recruiting Evaluator, reviewing AI-generated work products and judging them against role-specific quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI-created materials using detailed, domain-based evaluation criteria.
- Spot factual, visual, and formatting issues in documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Write clear, organized feedback that helps improve model output quality.
- Use strong subject knowledge to score work for correctness and depth.
- Work on your own, asynchronously, and consistently meet deadlines while refining AI-generated deliverables.
Qualifications
The role calls for 5 or more years of relevant experience in people operations or recruiting. Strong command of English is required at a native or professional level. You should also be very comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred background
A master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
