Role Overview
The Educator position is central to lululemon’s retail success. This role is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, building genuine connections in store, sharing clear product knowledge, and representing the company’s community and culture in an authentic way.
Core Responsibilities
- Create a positive guest experience by engaging respectfully and valuing each guest’s time.
- Identify guest needs and offer tailored support for purchases, returns, and other shopping needs.
- Explain product features and benefits in a clear, knowledgeable, and helpful manner.
- Handle transactions accurately and on time, while supporting omnichannel services such as buy online/pick up in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store, in line with company standards.
- Stay active on the sales floor to connect with guests and respond to store needs throughout the shift.
- Listen to guest feedback and work with store leadership to resolve issues and improve the experience.
- Help build a respectful, inclusive team culture that welcomes different perspectives and supports both guests and coworkers.
- Develop productive working relationships with all team members and collaborate to keep store operations running smoothly.
- Maintain product presentation standards by restocking, moving, organizing, and returning merchandise to its proper place.
- Use store technology to support operations and enhance the guest experience.
- Complete cleaning tasks as needed to keep the store polished and aligned with the brand’s luxury environment.
- Follow people safety guidelines, company procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country where the store is located.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to travel to the assigned store using personal transportation.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be comfortable working in bright lighting and around loud music.
- Must be prepared to spend most of the shift moving around the store to assist guests and complete tasks.
- Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- Must be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently when needed.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range is $19.25 to $22.15 per hour, subject to local minimum wage requirements. The role also includes a target bonus of $2.00 per hour, bringing total target base pay to $21.25 to $24.15 per hour.
Pay is determined by market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Employees in this role are eligible for the company’s bonus program, subject to program rules and eligibility requirements.
