Role Overview
Canterbury Coffee is hiring a motivated Packer to join the Manufacturing team at its Richmond, British Columbia branch. This is a full-time, permanent position in a fast-moving production setting where consistency, accuracy, and teamwork matter every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll help keep the production line running smoothly by monitoring product as it comes off the line, packing finished goods, applying labels, checking case counts, and confirming output. You’ll also be expected to work in line with company SQF, HACCP, GMP, and safety standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable staying active throughout the shift. You should be able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED is required. Experience with manual pallet jacks, bag sealing equipment, packing, labeling, inspection work, or food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage. Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, GMP, or similar safety systems is also beneficial.

Success in this position depends on clear communication, the ability to handle pressure, teamwork, meeting deadlines, accurately following instructions, staying focused on repetitive tasks, and keeping the work area clean and orderly.
Schedule
The shift runs from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour workday and no weekend shifts.
