Packaging Operator

Role Overview

The Packaging Operator will be responsible for running packaging equipment, ensuring products are packed to the required standard, and supporting smooth daily production in an onsite facility in Ajman, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and run packaging machines in line with production and company standards.
• Check finished packs for correct seals, labels, and overall packaging quality to make sure they meet safety and quality expectations.
• Carry out basic upkeep such as cleaning equipment, identifying simple faults, and handling small repairs to reduce machine downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output logs and notes on any issues that arise during the shift.
• Follow safety procedures at all times, including relevant workplace safety requirements, and keep the work area neat and organized.
• Track packaging supplies such as boxes and film, and transfer completed goods to the required storage or inventory location.

Skills and Requirements

• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to repeat tasks with consistency.
• Ability to quickly learn packaging equipment and work comfortably with automated systems or basic computer tools if required.
• Strong focus on detail, especially when checking labels, packing accuracy, and product presentation.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move packaged items as part of the job.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
