Overnight Studio Cleaner

About the Role

This position involves overnight cleaning for boutique fitness studios across nearby locations. The work suits someone dependable, organized, and comfortable handling tasks independently during late-night hours while keeping spaces spotless and presentable.

The company is a nationwide commercial cleaning provider focused on recurring overnight janitorial work for premium client sites. Operations are standardized with checklists, photo-based verification, and app-driven quality control. All workers are direct employees rather than franchise staff, and the workplace culture emphasizes accountability, quality, and respect.

The role is an urgent hire at $20 per hour.

Key Duties

• Carry out deep cleaning across studio areas such as workout equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby spaces, and retail sections.
• Capture before-and-after photos at each site and upload them through a mobile app at both the beginning and end of the shift.
• Work from a detailed bilingual checklist to keep cleaning standards consistent across all locations.
• Use a smartphone app to clock in and out at every location visited.
• Track cleaning supplies and arrange replenishment orders when stock runs low.
• Watch for attendance gaps and help coordinate replacement coverage the same night when needed.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Comfort with smartphone-based tools for check-ins, reporting, and photo uploads.
• Dependable personal transportation for overnight travel between locations.
• Availability to work overnight shifts 4 to 5 times per week.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Spanish and English bilingual ability is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or fitness studio cleaning is preferred.
