Role overview
As a vision associate, you will support shoppers in the eye care center by helping them understand prescription details, guiding their purchase choices, and handling lens and eyewear orders. The exact scope of duties can differ depending on state rules and licensing requirements.
Pay and compensation
The hourly wage for this position is between $33 and $41. The pay will meet or exceed the legal minimum wage for the work location. In addition to base pay, the role may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra hourly premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 may also apply in certain situations, such as based on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed. More than one premium may be added if the qualifying conditions are met.
Work schedule
This role is available as both full-time and part-time. Shifts listed for the position include mid-shift and closing.
