About the Role

This position sits within the People and Performance function and plays a central role in supporting how CGA hires, welcomes, develops, and keeps its teaching and support teams. It suits someone who enjoys working through complex data, creating scalable systems, and collaborating with people leaders to improve performance and workforce decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review workforce information related to hiring, retention, performance, and staffing capacity in order to generate insights that inform strategy.
  • Create and upkeep dashboards and reports that enable leaders to make quicker and more effective people-related decisions.
  • Improve, simplify, and document core People & Performance workflows such as onboarding, performance review cycles, and compensation review processes.
  • Assist with headcount planning, role alignment, and organisational design across CGA’s international operations.
  • Work alongside the People team on systems, tools, and automation initiatives that reduce repetitive manual work.
  • Carry out one-off analyses on topics such as teacher utilisation and employee engagement survey outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Open to recent graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or people analytics; experience in HR, consulting, or a high-growth technology environment is an advantage.
  • Strong capability in Excel, SQL, and Google Sheets, with comfort navigating unclear or changing requirements.
