Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role

This opportunity is for a Manufacturing Engineer to help keep production running smoothly within a controlled, regulated manufacturing setting. The position focuses on supporting equipment, processes, product quality, and ongoing improvement work.

You will collaborate with teams across operations and support functions to address production challenges, strengthen process performance, and maintain a workplace that is safe, efficient, and compliant.

What You’ll Do

• Track day-to-day manufacturing performance and help resolve issues related to equipment or process behavior.
• Support improvements that raise safety, quality, yield, and overall efficiency.
• Partner with operations, quality, maintenance, and other teams to deliver practical engineering fixes.
• Take part in troubleshooting activities, identifying root causes, and carrying out corrective actions for process or equipment problems.
• Assist with validation work, change management, and required documentation in line with site quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the rollout of new equipment or process modifications when required.

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Automation, or another related engineering field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. The role also calls for at least 2 years of engineering experience after qualification.

Strong problem-solving ability, the confidence to work independently, and the judgement to contribute within a wider team are important. You should also bring clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to documentation and compliance.
