Responsibilities
- Lead intermediate and senior Solutions Architects across South East Asia, Taiwan, South Korea, and India, providing direction and enabling strong delivery across the region.
- Serve as a hands-on leader by joining strategic opportunities, building relationships with executives, and coaching the team through complex sales cycles to help achieve technical wins.
- Set the direction for customer evaluations, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts so that technical discussions are tied to business outcomes.
- Work closely with global Solutions Architecture, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management to align execution with regional priorities.
- Oversee dotted-line collaboration with Channel Solutions Architects and subject matter experts to maintain accountability and shared goals.
- Keep regional operations running smoothly through workload planning, resource allocation, headcount planning, opportunity forecasting, and field execution discipline.
- Establish and monitor team KPIs, and communicate progress, risks, and priorities to the team, peers, and senior leaders.
- Recruit, coach, and retain strong Solutions Architects while building a scalable regional organization and encouraging innovation.
Requirements
- Background in leading technical teams within software or technology sales, pre-sales, consulting, or a similar environment, with exposure to South East Asia, Taiwan, South Korea, and India.

- Proven ability to grow, mentor, and scale Solutions Architecture teams or similar customer-facing technical functions in a growing business.
- Strong communication and technical presentation capabilities, including the ability to work effectively across cultures with both technical and business audiences.
