About the Role
This position is for a Manager - Sales at the Assistant Store Manager grade in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The role sits within the B2B wholesale and retail space and reports to the Store Business Head (Store Manager). The main objective is to accelerate sales, bring in new customers, and guide the sales team across trader, HoReCa, and offices & institutions channels.
What You Will Do
- Steer sales expansion and increase market reach in the chosen customer segments.
- Shape and execute customer acquisition plans to grow the client base.
- Lead, coach, and keep a team of 15 to 20 Sales Executives engaged through Department Managers or Team Leaders.
- Develop business from multiple channels, including Traders, HoReCa, and Offices & Institutions.
- Support business development efforts aimed at improving market share and sales volume.
- Drive repeat billing from tagged customers and strengthen retention efforts.
- Track performance and refine plans to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and align sales execution.
- Study market movements and competitor activity to build forward-looking sales strategies.
- Share regular updates on sales results and team progress with the Store Business Head.
Performance Focus
- Grow sales revenue across priority customer groups.
- Increase repeat orders from tagged customers.
- Manage the mix of High-Value Sales (HVS) and Non-High-Value Sales (NHVS).
- Expand the share of wallet from existing clients.
- Meet top-line and bottom-line business targets.

Additional Information
Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Compensation: INR 10,00,000 to 16,00,000 per year.
