About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is shaping one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship giga projects under Vision 2030, creating a major destination centered on entertainment, culture, and lifestyle. In this role, you will help strengthen procurement excellence by building performance measurement systems, using data to drive decisions, and leading improvement efforts. You will partner with procurement teams and senior leaders to improve workflows, enhance supplier outcomes, and keep procurement activities aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update procurement performance indicators, including KPIs and SLAs, to measure efficiency, compliance, and value across procurement operations.
  • Review procurement data and turn it into clear reports and dashboards that show how categories and suppliers are performing against targets.
  • Spot process gaps or inefficiencies and work with relevant stakeholders to deliver ongoing improvements.
  • Assist business unit procurement teams with tracking performance and putting improvement plans into action.
  • Drive supplier performance management by checking contract compliance and supporting corrective measures where needed.
  • Encourage a work culture that values accountability, innovation, and high performance within the procurement team.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar discipline is required; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • More than 8 years of experience in procurement performance management, data analysis, or operational excellence, ideally in large-scale or highly complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of procurement workflows, performance measurement methods, and supplier management practices.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or Prism.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and handling several priorities at once.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Previous exposure to the Saudi Arabian market or a similar regional setting is beneficial.
