Role Overview
The organization is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to build, scale, and deploy machine learning solutions that contribute to business transformation and technology modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement machine learning models and algorithms for production use.
- Carry out data preparation, feature creation, and model tuning to improve performance.
- Embed ML models into live systems through APIs and automated pipelines.
- Track model quality, maintain dependable performance, and oversee the full model lifecycle.
- Work closely with teams across functions to convert business needs into practical ML solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You should be comfortable working with Python and widely used ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. A solid grasp of machine learning methods and statistics is important, along with hands-on experience in data handling, model development, and deployment. Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure, AWS, or GCP is expected, as is working knowledge of Git and foundational MLOps practices.
Preferred Exposure
Additional value will be given to candidates with experience in big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop, as well as MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes. Knowledge in areas such as NLP, deep learning, or computer vision would also be beneficial.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related discipline is required. Candidates should also have relevant experience working on machine learning or AI projects.
