Role Overview
Lotte Duty Free Singapore is hiring a Logistics Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations within a third-party logistics center. This on-site position involves managing shipment flows, maintaining stock accuracy, handling documentation, and coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities at the 3PL logistics centre and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Track stock levels and help maintain inventory integrity.
- Draft, update, and organize logistics documents, records, and operational reports.
- Assist with import and export activities, including trade-related coordination.
- Work with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve operational needs.
- Carry out additional logistics and operations tasks when required.
- Provide translation and interpretation support between internal and external stakeholders, including the HQ Logistics team in South Korea.
- Take on other ad hoc duties, projects, and assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics operations is required.
- Prior exposure to warehouse or logistics centre management is expected.
- Background in import/export and international trade operations is needed.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
- Professional certification in logistics, supply chain, or international trade is an advantage.
- Experience using ERP and/or WMS platforms is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for dealing with internal teams, external stakeholders, and business partners.
- Fluency in English and Korean is required, with native Korean speakers preferred, to support reporting and communication with the HQ Logistics team in South Korea.
