Role overview

As a Lifeguard with Hilton in Riyadh, you will help create a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment around pool and recreation areas. In addition to watching over guest safety, you will contribute to the warm service culture that Hilton is known for, helping guests feel comfortable and cared for during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Watch swimming pools and leisure spaces closely, uphold safety guidelines, react promptly to incidents, and provide first aid or CPR when needed.
• Offer courteous guest support by greeting visitors, sharing information about pool facilities and activities, and assisting with requests in a helpful manner.
• Carry out regular checks of the pool area and safety gear, keep the space tidy and orderly, flag maintenance concerns, and help ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Support a fun and secure recreation experience by encouraging safe use of facilities, assisting with poolside activities or special events, and working with the team to make each guest visit pleasant and memorable.
