Role overview
As a Key Holder, you will support the management team in driving store sales, keeping operations running smoothly, and ensuring every customer receives an excellent shopping experience. The role focuses on leading by example on the sales floor, strengthening the team’s selling culture, and contributing to the achievement of store targets while representing the brand’s values in day-to-day behavior.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of a sales segment in addition to standard sales associate duties, with a focus on improving profitable sales.
- Help create a store environment where customers consistently receive friendly, high-quality service and company selling practices are followed.
- Support retention efforts by helping maintain a safe, positive workplace and by assisting with associate relations concerns using the company coaching approach.
- Build strong customer relationships by sharing product knowledge, encouraging repeat visits, and delivering satisfying shopping experiences.
- Confidently model the brand’s selling process and help inspire the same approach across the team.
- Work collaboratively across all store areas so the customer journey feels smooth and coordinated.
- Handle customer issues and help resolve service-related concerns.
- Assist managers with action planning, operational execution, and control of labor costs and expenses.
- Support store opening and closing tasks, including end-of-day paperwork, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Follow operating procedures for damages, transfers, compliance tasks, inventory support, and shrink reduction efforts.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and help execute sell-down plans when needed.
- Keep replenishment processes efficient so the sales floor remains well-stocked with the right styles, colors, and sizes, in line with brand standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism and conduct aligned with company values at all times.
