Role Overview
This position is for a Technical Recruiter focused on IT hiring in Coimbatore. The role is structured as a permanent full-time opportunity and follows a hybrid working arrangement.
Work Schedule
Working hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST.
Candidate Profile
The employer is open to a recent graduate from HR or a related field who brings strong communication abilities, a hardworking attitude, and the willingness to learn quickly. Candidates with 2+ years of experience are also considered.
Skills and Experience
Applicants should have prior exposure to technical recruitment. Experience with end-to-end hiring workflows is preferred. A background in recruiting for the Australia market is an added advantage.
