Role overview
Keeta is seeking an Internal Control Manager to lead and strengthen overseas internal control work in Riyadh. This role is focused on building effective control systems, improving governance practices, and supporting international business operations with strong compliance and risk management oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Create the annual plan for overseas internal control activities and execute it in line with team objectives, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of the company’s internal control framework.
- Design, refine, and maintain internal control policies, workflows, and standards for overseas operations so they align with legal, regulatory, and internal governance expectations.
- Review business management processes, identify control gaps through diagnostic analysis, structure internal control initiatives, and manage project execution and delivery quality.
- Monitor internal control risks tied to overseas business activities, detect issues early, and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Deliver internal control training and guidance to strengthen the business’s ability to prevent and manage risk.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Auditing, Risk Management, or a closely related discipline.
- More than 10 years of experience in internal control, consulting, or similar fields, with deep exposure to international business and control management in multi-country or cross-cultural settings.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international laws and regulations, as well as international auditing standards and internal control frameworks, with a strong commitment to compliance.
- Excellent ability to identify risks and solve problems, including the capability to build practical internal control solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with overseas teams.
- Fluency in English across speaking, listening, reading, and writing; Arabic is considered an added advantage.
