About the Role

TruTeam is hiring an installer in Augusta, GA to join a large, values-driven organization focused on energy-efficient insulation and building material solutions. What You Will Do

• Carry out installation work for company products based on work orders and follow manufacturer, quality, and safety standards.
• Work with products such as insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other items sold by the company.
• Check the daily schedule and make sure the truck is stocked with the correct materials, tools, and equipment for the day.
• Inspect the vehicle and the job site for safety before starting work.
• Unload materials safely and place them appropriately at the worksite.
• Raise any concerns related to safety, customer experience, or product quality.
• Support warehouse tasks when needed.
• Handle other duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• If you drive a company vehicle, a valid driver's license is required.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Travel Requirements

The job involves local travel, with occasional travel outside the area when needed. Daily commuting to job sites is part of the role.

Physical Requirements

This position calls for extended standing and repeated movements such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. You should also have solid hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical strength. The role may require lifting up to 50 pounds depending on the work assigned.

Compensation

The expected base pay range for this role is $13.00 to $30.00. Final pay within that range will depend on factors relevant to the position.
