About the Internship

This internship at SkiDev Edutech Private Limited offers a valuable chance to gain practical experience in a fast-moving and dynamic HR environment. Interns will leverage their knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel, along with strong spoken and written English skills, to assist the HR department.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Assist in onboarding procedures by preparing necessary documents and coordinating orientations.
• Help maintain employee records and update relevant databases.
• Coordinate organization of training sessions and workshops aimed at employee development.
• Partner with HR team to facilitate employee engagement programs and events.
• Contribute to drafting and updating HR policies and employee manuals.
• Provide administrative assistance by managing emails and phone communications for the HR team.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be able to work remotely and start between 17th July 2026 and 21st August 2026.
• The internship duration is six months.
• Relevant skills and enthusiasm for HR functions are required.
• Women interested in starting or restarting their careers are encouraged to apply.

Stipend and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹20,000, comprising a fixed portion of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 and an incentive of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000.
• Interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
