About the internship

This in-office HR internship at GLS Group in Bilaspur, Haryana is a 3-month opportunity focused on core human resources work across recruitment, HR administration, and employee record management.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, shortlisting profiles, and coordinating preliminary interview stages.
• Handle routine HR operations and administrative tasks to help keep workplace processes organized, compliant, and efficient.
• Serve as a first point of contact for operational HR queries and assist in implementing team-oriented policies.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee information for new joiners and existing staff.
• Keep employee databases updated and ensure documentation remains complete, properly organized, and ready for audits.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to start between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, and able to commit for 3 months. Candidates should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the field. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also eligible to apply.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to INR 7,000.
