Role overview
Walmart is seeking a full-time Human Resources Associate for its Jupiter, Florida supercenter. In this role, you will support store leadership with core people operations, including hiring, staffing, scheduling, attendance tracking, associate development, succession planning, and performance-related support. You will help identify HR-related issues and provide guidance on carrying out company HR programs and initiatives.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $20 to $33 per hour. The actual hourly rate will be at or above the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, the role may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the work performed, additional premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply, and more than one premium can be earned when eligible criteria are met.
Work schedule and location
This is a full-time onsite role based at Walmart Supercenter #2176, 2144 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter, FL 33458, US. Available shifts include opening and morning shifts.
